Boris works from the outside. He accesses each dryer vent termination on the exterior wall or roofline and clears the full vent line from that end. The only interior requirement is for someone to briefly run the dryer during cleaning to confirm airflow – typically a few minutes per unit. No extended interior access is needed, and tenants do not need to be home for the majority of the work.
For occupied multi-unit buildings, this significantly reduces the coordination burden. Most buildings can be serviced with a simple advance notice to tenants rather than full unit-by-unit access scheduling.
Roof-terminated dryer vents are common in multi-story buildings and are something many services decline to service. We handle them as standard.
