Boris cleans dryer vents from the exterior of the building. He locates and accesses the vent termination cap on the outside wall or roofline and clears the full line from that end. The only interior requirement is for someone to briefly run the dryer during the cleaning to verify airflow – for shared laundry rooms, that is typically a staff member, or Boris can coordinate timing directly.

For community-wide programs involving in-unit dryers, exterior access means residents do not need to be home for the bulk of the service. A simple advance notice to the community is usually sufficient.

Air Duct Cleaning for HOA Communities

Beyond dryer vents, community associations sometimes coordinate air duct cleaning for shared facilities or for rental units within the community. The two most common scenarios are common-area HVAC systems — clubhouses, fitness centers, leasing offices — and rental units within HOA communities that turn over between tenants.

For common-area HVAC systems, regular duct cleaning maintains air quality in spaces that see high foot traffic and continuous system use. For rental units, air duct cleaning between occupants removes the previous tenant’s contaminants before the next resident moves in — a standard turnover upgrade that incoming residents notice.

We use a negative-air vacuum collection method — debris is captured at the source, not recirculated. No invasive cutting, no disassembly, no damage to existing ductwork. Documentation of completed service is available for each unit or common area serviced.
