Dryer vent findings are common in home inspections — restricted airflow, excessive lint, improper termination. When that flag goes into your report, we’re the follow-up.
We clean the full vent line from the dryer connection to the exterior termination point. We test airflow before and after the cleaning, so there’s an actual measurement — not just a claim that the job was done. We can access roof-terminated vents, which is a meaningful differentiator. Many services don’t offer this, which means the job either gets done incompletely or doesn’t get done at all. We handle it.

Air Duct Cleaning: DBPR-Compliant Methods
When duct condition is flagged in an inspection report, we provide cleaning that meets Florida DBPR (Department of Business and Professional Regulation) standards. We use negative-air vacuum collection, which creates negative pressure in the duct system and captures debris at the source. There is no invasive cutting, no disassembly, and no modification to existing ductwork. The system is cleaned and left intact.
